As a personal trainer with over three years of experience and now a gym owner, my journey into the fitness industry has been marked by a deeply personal and transformative path.

Growing up as someone who was naturally super skinny and struggled with dyslexia, I faced various challenges in my life, including difficulty focusing. However, I discovered my true passion in fitness, and it became the driving force behind my career.

My expertise lies in strength and conditioning, with a particular focus on helping individuals build muscle and transform their bodies.

In addition to my background in strength and conditioning, I have a deep-rooted love for CrossFit and running. I find immense joy in pushing my body past its boundaries and embracing the challenges that both these disciplines offer.

But it was during my fitness journey that I stumbled upon a crucial and often misunderstood issue – working with women going through menopause.

Recognizing the lack of research and understanding in this area, I delved into numerous books and studies to educate myself. I developed a passion for supporting women during this challenging phase of life, providing them with guidance and personalized fitness plans to navigate the unique physical and emotional changes that menopause brings.
