Having not trained for a long time and being overweight and unfit and over 50, I was really worried about joining a fitness club…. However, Josh was friendly and very professional at my induction, explaining everything to me and being really enthusiastic and supportive The club is not pretentious, there are people of all ages and fitness levels. and Everyone works at their own pace, supporting each other and encouraging each other, and I am so pleased I put my trainers back on and didn’t sit on the couch ! Josh is an exceptional trainer, constantly checking that you are in the correct position to avoid injuries and is very supportive all the way through. If you don’t like the gym but want to get fit, josh is the guy to help you reach your goals
